Stated confidentiality practices

Customer data and training outputs remain customer-owned; Mindai says it will not use customer data to train its own or other customers’ models without express consent. It states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled and logged, and confidential information is shared only with people who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
